Jack is Managing Director of Single Family Housing and also a member of the Investment Committee. Previously, Jack ran Long Harbour’s UK residential Secured Income programme, which has deployed ~£2bn to date in residential freeholds via 1,300 individual real estate acquisitions. Jack also holds Board positions at the British Property Federation as the Chair of the Leasehold Reform Committee, the Residential Freehold Association and is Member of the Association for Rental Living’s committee on Single Family.
